7 Alcohol-Free Winter Cocktail Recipes

Hey there!

Nicole here. Every few weeks I’ll be sharing alcohol-free drink recipes I love for the current season, and right now… it’s Winter!

Today, we’re chatting about seven recipes

  1. Gruvi - Pumpkin Secco Fizz Mocktail

  2. Gruvi - Fig & Honey Bubbly Rosé Smash

  3. Lyre’s - Coffee Affogato

  4. Sunwink - Cheery Lemon-Rose Holiday Mimosa

  5. Sunwink - Ginger Digestive Mocktail

  6. Spiritless - Kentucky & Coke

  7. Spiritless - Cherry Bourbon Crush

Pumpkin Secco Fizz Mocktail

Gruvi’s Dry Secco is a go-to non-alcoholic beverage for me on its own, but this mocktail takes things to the next level! Featuring a homemade pumpkin spice shrub, this four-step recipe is tasty and surprisingly easy to make. Plus, almost all the ingredients will likely already be in your pantry - I only needed to grab one or two things.

Fig & Honey Bubbly Rosé Smash

Combining fresh fig, honey, and lemon, this cocktail recipe is light, tasty, and proof that you don’t need booze to craft top-notch drinks. With only a few ingredients, Gruvi’s Bubbly Rosé Smash is a simple crowd-pleaser for any holiday or celebration.

Coffee Affogato

A hangover-free dessert cocktail? I couldn’t think of something more perfect for winter. One of the top mindful drinking perks, in my opinion, is actually enjoying my drink, and Lyre’s Coffee Affogato recipe can be sipped guilt-free, for flavor bliss versus “effect.” This sober-friendly cocktail calls for vanilla ice cream, which is heavenly, but feel free to put your own “sweet spin” on it. 😉

Cheery Lemon-Rose Holiday Mimosa

I could easily see plant-powered AF cocktails becoming more popular in 2024, which is why I pulled recipes from Sunwink! Their Lemon-Rose tonic contains uplifting ingredients (lemon balm, hibiscus, and superfoods) to help boost your mood, anytime. This bubbly cranberry recipe calls for 2 cups of “champagne” and I suggest using an alcohol-free option like Surely, TÖST, Prima Pavé, or Thomson & Scott Noughty.

Ginger Digestive Mocktail

This “digestif mocktail” is ideal for the winter season, as its ingredients are known for detoxifying and stimulating digestion, perfect for after big holiday meals or weekends. This recipe combines lemon, pineapple, rosemary, and more to create a delicious herbal cocktail that’s actually good for you. I personally love this recipe for a “weeknight” cocktail.

Kentucky & Coke

Spiritless Kentucky 74, Coke, and a lime wedge - a crisp, refreshing alcohol-free cocktail option to keep on hand for guests during the holidays, or to enjoy at home on a chilly Friday night. Now, this recipe calls for Coke Zero, but I would use Olipop flavors Vintage Cola, Cherry Cola, or Doctor Goodwin (and don’t forget the lime). 😉

Cherry Bourbon Crush

Who doesn’t love a blended option? Yes, even in the winter, I love something blended once in a while, and this Spiritless recipe doesn’t disappoint. To create a sweet and tart alcohol-free bourbon slush, combine cherries, fresh lemon juice, Grenadine, Kentucky 74, Olipop Cherry Vanilla, and hit blend.

Cheers to making new memories with alcohol-free drinks! 🥂
